This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When the website is opened, Netlify processes technical connection data needed to deliver and secure it. This can include the IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser, and operating system.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Netlify acts as a processor under its Data Processing Agreement. Its current agreement states that service logs are retained online for 90 days and offline for one year. Data may be processed outside the EEA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or, where that does not apply, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business correspondence. Messages are retained while they are needed for the inquiry and any applicable legal obligations.
